High-carbon steel requires immediate cleaning and drying after every use. To prevent rust, never leave them in the sink or dishwasher, and apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil if storing for an extended period.
Do you offer professional sharpening services?
Yes, we offer professional hand-sharpening using traditional whetstones. You can bring your knives to any of our retail locations or use our mail-in sharpening service for a factory-level edge.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used cutlery cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Are your knives covered by a warranty?
All our knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, chipping from improper use, or damage caused by dishwashers.
