At Knifewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your new knife isn't the perfect fit for your hand, you can return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit any of our retail locations with your original order number and proof of purchase to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully clean and dry the item, then place it back in its original branded box with all protective blade guards and documentation included.

  Ship to Knifewear

  Affix the provided return shipping label to a secure outer shipping box; ensure the knife is padded well to prevent movement and damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master blacksmiths inspect the item for quality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
